This is our super simple morning “go-to”. It’s creamy enough to feel like a treat and also stick with you all morning. With the addition of the superfood spinach, fresh strawberries and crisp apples – we find ourselves making this on repeat.

The prep is quick and easy, then simply toss into a blender until smooth and pour.  It’s refreshing and delicious! Enjoy!

Strawberry and Spinach Smoothie with Yogurt

Course Breakfast
Servings 2

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 medium apple, such as Fuji or Honey Crisp, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 8 medium strawberries, halved
  • 1/2 medium ripe banana, peeled
  • 1 packed cup baby spinach leaves

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
