Bianco Peaches Cheese Board

Course Appetizers

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp champagne vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • pinch of cracked black pepper
  • pinch of flaky sea salt
  • fresh thyme to garnish
  • McKenzine Creamery goat cheese
  • baguette
  • crackers of choice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a serving bowl. Mix, cover and chill overnight or at least 3 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
  • Process 12 oz goat cheese (room temperature) with 1 t honey. Serve with a sliced, warm baguette + Bianco Peaches.
  • Arrange with greenery and color. Place the thyme in a small white vase adjacent to the bowls of peaches and goat cheese. Slice your baguette and lay any crackers out loose. Enjoy!
