Bring the pizza dough to room temperature if it's frozen.
Place oven rack in the top third of the oven. Preheat to 500℉.
Lightly spread olive oil on pan.
Roll out the pizza dough. We use a drinking glass that we've rolled in the olive oil on the pan. The dough won't stretch to the edges yet. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm area (covering with a kitchen towel helps).
Once the dough has become more pillowy, gently push to the edges of the pan. Then, remove the plastic wrap.
Add Calabrian chili peppers to the sauce, and mix well. Then, spread all over the dough. Add the onions, mozzarella, and spicy salami (in that order).
Place in the oven and cook 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden.
