Off-The-Vine Spicy Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium farm-fresh tomatoes, diced medium (2 cups)
  • 2/3 cup finely chopped Vidalia onion (from 1 small)
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 large jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • coarse salt and ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro, oregano, lime juice, and jalapeño. Season with salt and pepper.
