Radishes with Savory Blue Butter Cheese Board

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp cultured butter, room temperature
  • 4-6 oz Stilton or other blue cheese, room temperature
  • radishes, halved
  • flaky sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mash the butter and blue cheese together with a fork until combined.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and serve with radishes and flaky sea salt. 
  • Arrange with the radishes at the forefront, placing the cheese in a rounder bowl to offset the shape of the radishes. Add a baguette on the side for serving.
