Tomato and Strawberry Caprese Salad with Strawberry Champagne Balsamic Drizzle

cherry tomatoes

in-season strawberries, sliced in quarters

good olive oil

Strawberry Champagne balsamic vinegar

Fresh Ciliegine mozzarella (cherry size)
fresh basil, torn
sea salt to taste
Instructions
Slice cherry tomatoes in half, quarter strawberries and add to a bowl.
Toss the tomatoes and strawberries in the olive oil and drizzle with balsamic. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Add mozzarella. Sprinkle torn basil. Serve at room temperature.
