Firstly, set a small sauce pot on the stove over medium-low heat. Add the melting wafers and stir frequently (they'll melt quickly!).
Once the chocolate has melted completely, remove the pot from the heat. Add in 3-4 drops of the red food coloring, to your color preference. Mix to combine.
Using the same pot or after transferring to a separate bowl, twirl your pat-dry strawberries in the chocolate to cover. Then, set onto a sheet pan with parchment paper to dry.
After they've dried, add to a serving plate and enjoy!
