Move oven rack to the top 3rd of the oven. Preheat the oven to 500℉.
Heat the 1/2 cup oil over medium-low and add the garlic. Make sure to pull it off the heat before it begins to brown.
Spread 2 tablespoons of the olive oil on the sheet pan making sure to rub it on the sides of pan. Set aside.
Rub the glass around in the oil on the sheet pan.
Place dough on the pan and use the glass to spread it to the edges.
Brush the olive oil and garlic mixture over the dough.
Sprinkle the dough with the sea salt then cover with spinach.
Add red bell pepper if desired.
Add shredded mozzarella, feta, and parmesan reggiano.
Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes until the cheese is turning golden and bubbly.
