Prepare to be spooked and enchanted by this year’s Halloween party theme – a witchy girl’s night! After throwing the party ourselves and making sure to note all of the ways in which you can do it best, we’re officially ready to share the details. Ahead of reading on, though, we suggest diving into our “pre-planning” post here, if you haven’t already. It gives a lot of great background on why this theme, what inspiration we had in mind, the playlist we suggest you listen to, and everything in between.
Now, without further ado, we present our witchy Halloween girl’s night (complete with bubbling cauldron, melting candles, and gooey fondue)!
BEFORE THE LIGHTS WENT DOWN
As we prepped our space during the day, getting ready for the evening’s festivities, we added the perfect witchy bouquet to a gigantic vase, laid our place settings, and experimented with a few decor iterations. The final product was jewel-toned and ethereal, perfect for a witchy gathering amongst friends.

AFTER THE LIGHTS WENT DOWN
After the sun set and guests arrived, it was time to throw on our witches hats and pour some sparkling wine. We then melted our cheese and chocolate for the ultimate fondue experience – complete with roasted fall vegetables (purple potatoes, butternut squash, cauliflower) and sliced strawberries – and tossed some dry ice into our cauldron for a bubbling effect.
- Graza olive oil (use code: MOMENTSCOOKBOOK for $5 off!)
- Avaline sparkling wine
- Dry ice (added to cauldron)
